I started the group “Management Consulting Jobs – Colorado” to assist my network of contacts in finding jobs and connecting with each other. I am happy to say that the group has been become a big success and is now the 2nd largest Colorado jobs group on Linkedin. Because of group’s popularity (be careful what you wish for) I am now spending several hours a day happily managing group communication and fielding requests to help members individually.
